What is gender equality?

Men and women, boys and girls are both EQUAL and DIFFERENT! Hence, gender equality is about equality rights, equal treatments and opportunities; it isn’t against gender diversity or feminity (quite the contrary)! Actually, if discriminations because of gender differences or cultural legacy are or should be deemed unacceptable from an ethical point of view (considering that women and girls, like men and boys, are human beings!), gender equality is also a way to improve societies! Indeed, since both genders are equiped with a brain, equal rirgts means economic development and improved performance! Hence, it is beneficial to the WHOLE society!
