My Book Review > 'Rome is where the Heart is', by Tilly Tennant
Kate needed a vacation… because being dumped isn’t a pleasant thing! Hence, she decided to spend a week in Rome... and she fell in love with the Eternal city immediately upon her arrival. She just couldn’t withstand its bewitching charm: the sun-drenched piazzas and their beautifully sculptured fountains, the sumptuous and majestic palaces, the joyful and festive atmosphere which pervades the whole city… Better yet, she fell for a hot, sexy, handsome policeman: Alessandro. Actually, he’s the kind of man who is every woman’s dream… And as a consequence she was caught up in the most wonderful whirlwind imaginable. Of course, I was even more sensitive to the main character’s emotions since I was recently in Rome with my bf; I’m still impregnated by the city’s atmosphere skillfully depicted by the author. Yet, how can one resist Alessandro? I have no clue… I (too) fell for him; but, please, keep it secret… Don’t tell my bf :) .
